Take a look around and enjoy the projects you see ;)
Hello there! Welcome to my webpage that I worked very hard on and deserve an A++ on :). I'm sure after poking around you'll agree wholeheartedly that I don't even need to finish the rest of the assignments! So let's just do us all a favor and give me an A+ for the semester and we can all save valuable time here. Thanks for your consideration.
Here are links to my projects.
Project 1 Description
Project 1 consisted of an online quiz setup connecting to a backend aspx page that would popultate an asp label with the question asked, the user answer, and the correct answer. This project was fun and engaging and also really tested my skill.
Project 2 Description
Project 2 was very difficult. We had to make a coffee shop online that would feature asp gridviews and take the data that was selected and entered by the user then updates that information into the database. I ran into a lot of issues but Bruce was very helpful in fixing my mistakes. I am certainly a stronger full stack coder after this project.
Project 3 Description
Project 3 was not very fun. I spent countless hours trying to achieve optimum functionality for my application. So many different approaches can be made for one concept. It gets to be a mess very quickly. I was able to get most of the functionality, but there are still some small issues going on. Bruce was helpful, but there is still a lot to do to make my project more fire.
Project 4 Description
Project 4 was a mammoth. There was an unhealthy amount of requirements. The consistency was ridiculous too. For example, a small paragraph detailing a requirement would take hours sometimes a couple days to implement, where a big paragraph or section required a few hours. The project was not very clear sometimes in that aspect and that lead to us adapting to these requirements as we progressed throught the project. My partner Wenting and I did a great job with out final solution. The design is beautiful and consistent throughout and very user friendly/appealing. I loved creating a Web API in this project. Designing it was interesting and getting it to successfully work took a lot of effort, and we had to learn Postman. This was a very useful skill we developped. The main project was the biggest problem. There's way too many moving peices, and so much can go wrong. You really have to have a knack for debugging your code and following data as it passes through the cornucopia of components in your project.
