This holiday millions of people will have to make the decisiion on which console they should spend their hard earned money to buy. This site aims to make that
decision easier by comparing different aspects of the upcoming Xbox Series X and the Playstation 5. This site will only be comparing those two console so their will
be no comparisons between the Xbox Series S and the Playstation 5 Digital Edition. This site will be comparing the specs and games of Xbox Series X and Playstation 5.
On this site we will only be comparing the top two respective consoles, which means that we will not be comparing the Xbox Series S. Towards the bottom of the page there
is a form that you can fill out on which console you will be buying. At the very bottom of the page there will be a gallery of the three biggest exclusives coming out for
each console in the near future. Some of the games in that gallery include the upcoming Spider-Man: Miles Morales game for the Playstation 5 and Halo Infinite for the Xbox
Series X.
With the recent MIcrosoft acquisition of Bethesda Softworks, this makes the choice even harder. Microsoft now owns the Doom, Wolfenstein, Dishonored, Fallout, Elder Scrolls,
and Pray Ips. This adds to the arsenal of Xbox first party games and it is amazing how far Xbox first party studios/ips have come from the Xbox One days. tt is important to note
that all Bethesda Softworks games will be added to Gamepass, which is a subscriptions service in which you pay $10-$15/month to have access to hundreds of games. Playstation
does not currently have a service like this but they already have well known high quality games such as Spider-Man, Horizon Zero Dawn, God of War, Last of Us Part 2, and the
upcoming Ratchet and Clank. These games are high quality, narrative driven, third person action-adventure games. If that sounds like the perfect game for you then the Playstation has
a ton of them and would be the percect console for you.
Xbox has the most powerful console coming up this generation. This, along with some exciting upcoming exclusive games, should have you excitied for the future of Xbox. Some of the upcoming games are Halo Infinite, Fable, Avowed, and the upcoming Forza games. This along with the acquisition of Zenimax studios, which means future Fallout, Elder Scrolls, Doom, and Wolfensetein games will be exclusive, means that the power of Xbox first party studios is huge.
The Playstation 5 needs no introduction since the Playstation 4 was one of the best selling conosle of all time. This console has both the raw power and some noticiable exclusive games, including Spider-Man Miles Morales, which releases at launch. The notable hardware of the PS5 is its Custom SSD. Supposedly this SSD is the fastest of the two console and will be able to load some games in 2 seconds.
