Lab assignment 1

My experience regarding HTML, javascript and CSS is average.
I really have experience in using Python, Java and C#.
I plan on utilizing time manangement skills, office hours, and overall help to make sure that I pass CIS 3344 this semester!

The advance CSS techniques that I used are both positioning and floating.
For positioning, I made sure to use fixed and for floating, depending on the page, the images float to the left of the content and
my footer is fixed bottom of the page.


What I liked about this assignment is the fact that it is based on creativity.
I can make whatever I want out of nothing, and that's pretty cool!
It's also challenging!
I learned so much about HTML from doing this website, and I like the time limit we had was reasonable

What I didn’t like about doing this lab is mapping the drive.
For me publishing isn't an issue, but having to reconnect from home was a pain in the butt.
I lost alot of points last semester for not putting in the url or publishing properly so this semester, I plan on uploading from campus and checking in with the TA before submission.

Lab assignment 2

For this lab I created a responsive webpage using media queries.
It's amazing to see how things look on desktop compared to mobile.
If I had to choose, I'd pick mobile over desktop (the layout seems cleaner).
It was a good experience and I really liked that I chose "demon Slayer" as my topic.
If I had to list something I disliked, it would be the amount of time this lab took!

Lab Assignment 3

For this lab, I have to create a dating website using Javascript.
I decided to work with Kanye West as my muse.
He is always in the news and I couldn't help myself.
This lab was fun to do because of the topic I choose.
I also learned alot about Javascript.
If I had to choose something to dislike it would be the amount of data I had to deal with!
I think me researching and typing up the information took longer than the actual lab!

Lab Assignment 4

For this lab, I attempted to use jquery to create a dating profile.
This is a hard lab, and unfortunately, I wasn't able to accomplish everthing assigned.
I like the topic that I chose and the fact that my liked and passes pages worked for the most part.
If there was something that I disliked, it would be the fact I couldn't complete it.

Tutorial Project

For this project, we created a career website that subitted a resume to a database.
We utilized the pogramming language called Bulma.css, and then created our website based on it.
I liked the fact that we were able to explore different programming languages and as for dislikes,
It would be the due date. If the due date wasn't so close to finals, I think it would've been better.
