Video Games and their Reviews

Video games are a medium for entertainment and artistic expression. Ultrakill:

ULTRAKILL is an arena-shooter style FPS game rocking a retro 90s artstyle. Currently in early-access with only 2 chapters so far, the game is fast-paced, combining very high speed combat with satisifying combat mechanics that only further encourage a aggressive and rapid fighting style, ULTRAKILL is shaping up to be a classic so far with a 98% positive rating on Steam so far.

Elden Ring:

Elden Ring is a fantasy action RPG very similar to the likes of Darksouls and Bloodborne. Sporting a vast open-world with an absurd amount of content, this game features much in the way of deep storytelling and replayability. Elden Ring is considered a masterpiece from the Souls genre, sitting at a 90% positive rating on Steam so far.

Battlefield 2042:

Battlefield 2042 is the lastest entry in developer DICE's battlefield series. While called a 'return to the iconic all-out warfare of the franchise', the state of the game appears to be needing a return to the development room with many players noting the removal of many enjoyed features alongside numerous bugs/issues that render the game a failure on the side of the developers. Such sentiments don't seem to be just a vocal minority, with the game currently sitting at a low 30% positive rating.
