Battlefield 2042 is the lastest entry in developer DICE's battlefield series. While called a 'return to the iconic all-out warfare of the franchise', the state of the game appears to be needing a return to the development room with many players noting the removal of many enjoyed features alongside numerous bugs/issues that render the game a failure on the side of the developers. Such sentiments don't seem to be just a vocal minority, with the game currently sitting at a low 30% positive rating.
