About Me:

My name is Ben Kamide. I am a junior IS&T major. \ Some interests I have is obviously just about anything related to computers and even old computers. I have an internship in the IT team of a retirement home. It doesn't sound like there really is any IT work to be done at a retirement home but there are many servers to be managed and devices to be repaired. I mostly help with the resident tech needs, and I shadow my other coworkers and learn about the more networked based parts of the job. At my internship some people found out I was into old tech and gave me some neat old laptops. They obviously can't really be used for anything because they are on Windows 95 and Windows Xp but they are still fun to just mess around on. Additionally, I love sports! I play a ton of them like hockey, tennis, soccer and here at temple I play on the ultimate frisbee team. My favorite sports teams don't really make but it’s just who I chose (as you can see below).
