When it comes to HTML and CSS, I'm not very good at them, and have little experience with custom coding websites. However I did take a udemy course on the two languages a little over a year ago. I currently use Webflow to make websites, which is like automated HTML and CSS, so that's really helped me in understanding some concepts.

What I like: I think one of the things I liked about this assignment was that I got to add some design to a website with custom code. It doesn’t look very good, but the process of coding it was kind of interesting.
What I dislike: For this lab, what I probably disliked the most was the tedious detail needed for the css. If something doesn’t work, you have to continuously edit the css and refresh/republish until you’ve figured out what’s wrong.
Here we worked on a project displaying how Backbone JS works. We had to learn the functionality, apply it to our project, and make a tutorial page about it as well.
